# Multi-Device Beta

To connect your WhatsApp instance, you must need to join Multi-Device Beta

**Step 1**: Open WhatsApp app from your mobile --> Click on "Settings"

# Step 1: REGISTER YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

1. Start your subscription from <https://online-live-support.com/pricing-free-online-live-support/>
2. After you started your subscription, you will be getting Email and WhatsApp notification for your Dashboard to connect your WhatsApp Number.&#x20;

# Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp number

1. You will receive a URL to access the QR Code generator and connect your number. (*if you haven't received it, please contact us via Email <info@online-live-support.com> or WhatsApp Us at +601159543635*)
2. Open the URL in a browser, select "**Server 1**," and click on "**Generate QR Code**." Then, use your WhatsApp app to scan the QR code to connect your number. After successfully scanning the QR code, you should see a "**Connected**" message.
3. Once connected to Server 1, repeat the process for Server 2. Select "**Server 2**," click on "**Generate QR Code**," and scan the new QR code with your WhatsApp app.
4. Skip **WebHook URL** if you dont have any

Important Note: We have implemented two servers to provide failover support. If Server 1 disconnects or encounters any issues, Server 2 will continue to send messages and maintain connectivity.

# Disconnect WhatsApp Number or Session

> Note: Session not found

> Answer: In any of the case where you have seen "Session Not Found" you may not able to connect with your whatsapp number again. Follow the [Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp Number](/connecting-a-channel/connect-your-whatsapp-number)

1. Open the **URL** which you have received it via Email or WhatsApp
2. Select "**Server 1**" and click "**Logout**." You must log out from both **Server 1** and **Server 2**.

# Session not found

Session not found is when you get disconnected from WhatsApp

> **What should I do if I go through with "Session not found"**

Best Practices to follow to prevent getting disconnected from WhatsApp

1. Connect with the same wifi and make sure the internet is available all the time.
2. Leave the WhatsApp application open and use an application to keep the screen always on

   &#x20;

**Notes**: downloading the app is not enough; to keep the screen always on, you need to install and activate the widget as in the video below.

#### &#x20;If you a­­re using an iPhone, follow these instructions:

a. **Never switch off the phone**: once the internet connection is lost, it will not be possible to receive / send messages from Online Live Support. Various businesses turn off their mobile phones over the weekend or during holidays; this practice is absolutely not recommended when using Online Live Support.

&#x20;b. **Do not use the smartphone for other purposes**: the mobile phone you connect to Online Live Support should be dedicated to the integration and not be used to perform any other operations.Leave the WhatsApp application always open in the foreground.Your WhatsApp account should always appear as Online.

&#x20;c. **Remove all energy-saving features**: most smartphones activate battery saving features by default. From the Settings, in the "Battery" section, make sure that those feature are disabled.

&#x20;d. In your WhatsApp account settings, under Data usage and storage, set the automatic download of all media both when using the network and when using Wi-Fi.


# Webhook Setup

Webhook actions allow you to invoke a single HTTP POST request. The service that's called should support webhooks and know how to use the payload it receives.

1. Open the **URL** which you have received it via Email or WhatsApp
2. Enter your "**WebHook URL**"&#x20;
3. Click on "**Create New Session**"&#x20;

**Note**: If you already have session previously without webhook, you need to **Delete Session** first before enter **WebHook URL**.&#x20;

# WhatsApp messages via Google Sheet

**Step 1**: Open Googe sheet -> Extensions -> Search and install Extensions called "**Trigger & Send**"
